About the Offering

“The Big Project” accountability Work Group is meant for writers who want to make headway on their nonfiction manuscript. Whether you are working towards a first draft of a collection of essays, or are beginning the process of revising your manuscript, this 12-week group can provide support, resources, and writerly camaraderie.

This is an accountability group, which means there is no workshop component and you won’t receive critique-style feedback on your work. Instead, you’ll use your Work Group blog to check in with each other every week about your progress and challenges. Every week, 24PearlStreet will provide a resource or discussion question related to writing nonfiction. You’ll aim to get to know each other as writers while making significant strides toward completing your “big project.”

**Your commitment:**

As with all Writers’ Work Groups, this group requires writers who want to actively engage with their writing and with each other. By enrolling in this group, you commit to being an active participant for the length of the term. Out of fairness to your fellow writers, no refunds or credits can be given once your Writers’ Work Group term begins.
